LifeLens Technologies, Inc. Announces Initiation of Clinical Study Evaluating Wearable Medical Device for Sleep Assessment.

Ivyland, Pennsylvania- July 2, 2025- LifeLens Technologies, Inc. (LifeLens),

announced the initiation of their clinical study designed to evaluate the

performance and usability of its investigational solution to deliver lab-based

diagnostic results in a wearable device for sleep assessment.

 

LifeLens has developed an innovative physiological monitoring platform designed to

improve clinical decision making, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. The

prospective study will assess their platform’s ability to collect and analyze

physiological signals related to sleep-related respiratory diseases such as

obstructive sleep apnea, including vital signs such as SpO2, sleep duration, sleep

stages, sleep quality metrics and activity levels, in an adult population.

The study is designed to compare clinical data collected by the LifeLens device(s)

with data collected from in-facility and home sleep assessment methods. The goal

is to evaluate the LifeLens platform’s accuracy, reliability, and usability. Data from

this study will be used to support future development activities and regulatory

submissions.

The LifeLens Physiological Monitor is intended for spot-check monitoring and continuous storage of physiological data in home and healthcare settings.  Data could include ECG, oxygen saturation of arterial hemoglobin (SpO2), heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV), skin temperature (TEMP), respiration rate (RR). Data are securely transmitted from the device for storage, review, analysis, and display. Data from the device are intended as an aid to diagnosis, disease management, and treatment. The device is intended for use on adults (18 years of age or older). The LifeLens Physiological Monitor also reports wellness data including activity level, body position, step count, and gait analysis.
