Ivyland, PA, June 19, 2024 — LifeLens Technologies, Inc. (LifeLens), today
announced the opening of the LifeLens Performance Center and enrollment of
first patients in the LifeLens Physiological Performance Monitoring
Optimization (PPMO) Study.
LifeLens has developed an innovative physiological monitoring platform
designed to improve clinical decision making, patient outcomes, and operational
efficiency. With the enrollment of our first PPMO patients, LifeLens is taking
the next step in the evolution and commercialization of our monitoring
platform.
Since 2021, LifeLens has been performing extensive platform performance
testing in collaboration with the US military to demonstrate the value of our
technology across operational, tactical, and medical applications. With the
LifeLens Performance Center, we strengthen that foundation with a unique in-
house capability to rapidly develop, test and refine capabilities that further
differentiate our platform from traditional ‘wearable’ physiological monitoring
devices. Additionally, the Performance Center supports broad evidence
generation activities for future regulatory submissions.
“This clinical study represents an important milestone in the development of
our monitoring technology” says Landy Toth, founder and CEO of LifeLens
Technologies, Inc. “The access and flexibility to acquire clinical data in real-
world settings provided by the Performance Center and PPMO is intended to
accelerate the evolution of our device across a range of target applications
and increase our confidence in advance of external pivotal studies.”
Activities in the Performance Center are performed under an Institutional
Review Board approved clinical study protocol. Our facility is equipped with
sophisticated infrastructure, equipment, and co-monitoring capabilities to
support extensive activity-based testing for both healthcare and military
applications. A series of external studies are also planned to further validate
our platform in advance of target regulatory submissions.
